Who we are
Hone Movement Studios is two light-filled studios in a warehouse in Limehouse. Dancers, teachers, choreographers, theatre-makers, yoga and somatic practitioners, photographers. If you're here to create something, this is your room.
We're part of the HONE family of brands, but Movement is its own thing: its own people, its own energy, its own community. We exist because we love what happens in a studio when the door closes and the work begins.
